Swap the colors on the Planned Spending progress bars (edited)

Why is a full spending plan a faint color while a spent one is bold?

Meaning, if I start the month with $300 of $300 in a spending category, it's a faint blue. As I spend money, the spending plan bar shows a bold blue bar progressing. This makes it feel intuitively like the spending plan starts out with no money and gains money as the month progresses - rather than starting out with money (bold blue) and emptying out as the month progresses (becoming faint). Please switch the faint and bold coloring in the spending plan bars.

It's showing, in bold, how much was spent, which is logical to me anyhow.
