FDP-103 error with Morgan Stanley

  • Are regular Morgan Stanley brokerage accounts supported? I tried to add mine and get a message "Your sign in information doesn't match this account. Try again or reset your password. (103)" … but the very same username and pw allows me to log in directly to Morgan Stanley's website or mobile app.

    Thanks for reaching out. I would suggest using the Show Password option to confirm no typographical errors are occurring when typing the password. If you are using a password manager, I suggest typing it manually instead. If you continue to have trouble logging in to your Morgan Stanley account in Quicken Simplifi, please follow up with us here so we can look further into this.
