Cannot reconnect to my Navy Federal account. I've tried resetting/removing/adding a new copy, nothing works. I get an MFA prompt, enter it in, then it spins on "securing connection" and then fails.

Also, the fact I have to enter my MFA to actually get an account update sort of makes this entire platform a lot less useful. I'd love to get alerts or updates on things, but that's impossible with the MFA gate.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. I would love to assist you in this matter, I just need you to answer a few questions first, please:

    • Is Quicken Simplifi asking you to complete MFA?
    • Are you receiving the code?
    • What method are you using (SMS, call, etc.)?
    • Have you tried changing how you receive your MFA code?
    • Are you Adding or Updating the account?

    After you have answered those questions for me, we can look at what the next steps may be going forward.

    1. Yes, it's asking me to complete MFA
    2. Yes, I receive a code
    3. Only tried SMS, but it has consistently sent me the number
    4. Same as above
    5. I have tried both resetting the connection and deleting and recreating it, same issue.

    I went to try this process again, and for some reason it decided to work, so I guess this is resolved.
