How do I set up a bill that isn't the exact same amount every month?

Most of my bills aren't the exact same amount every month. Electricity, internet, cell service…all of these depend on usage and/or fees which vary from month to month (sometimes it's just a matter of a few cents). Is there some way to set these up as bills that will be tracked?

I add up my last 12 months usage and divide by 12 and use that average for my recurring reminder.

You can also go to your utilities web site and look up your actual bills for the past 12 months and once you set up your recurring bill in Quicken Simplifi, go month by month and edit each month's reminder for the previous year's amount.

In addition go through the Bill connect process for each recurring utility to see if they will connect with Quicken Simplifi. If so, your monthly reminders will be updated each month when the bill is issued by your utility.

Oh, so the bills section is really just about the recurring reminders? In that case I may revisit this later, thanks!
