    It shows up correctly on my mobile phone, but not my iPad. Which is weird because I thought the iPad app was just a larger mobile app. Anyone else having this issue?

    Hello @Teniola,

    I would suggest trying to sign out of Quicken Simplifi on your iPad and sign back in to see if the problem is still showing. Let us know if you are still having a problem afterward with your iPad or if that fixed it!

    Still having the problem after I signed out and signed back in. Works perfectly fine on my phone and with my computer. I primarily use my iPad to access Simplifi. What happens next?

    Hello @Teniola,

    I see. The mobile application is not formatted to work well with tablets. We usually suggest using the web application if you are going to be accessing Quicken Simplifi from a tablet. If you do feel that there should be an iPad application however, we do have an idea post here you can vote on:
