It shows up correctly on my mobile phone, but not my iPad. Which is weird because I thought the iPad app was just a larger mobile app. Anyone else having this issue?

Still having the problem after I signed out and signed back in. Works perfectly fine on my phone and with my computer. I primarily use my iPad to access Simplifi. What happens next?

Hello @Teniola,
I see. The mobile application is not formatted to work well with tablets. We usually suggest using the web application if you are going to be accessing Quicken Simplifi from a tablet. If you do feel that there should be an iPad application however, we do have an idea post here you can vote on:
