Missing Transactions between February 2024 and December 2021 (edited)

I just signed up with Simplifi. I had Mint. Yet, EVERY SINGLE TRANSACTION before February 2024 ALL THE WAY TO DECEMBER 2021 are MISSING???

Seriously. What the [removed - profanity]? I don't understand how taking transactions that ALREADY EXISTED in Mint and bringing them across to Simplifi is difficult that TWO YEARS are gone? HOW? What happened to them? I wonder how many other of my accounts have YEARS worth of missing transactions? What happened to ALL THOSE TRANSACTIONS? I ask because it shows that I have nothing but negative net worth from ANY TIME before February 2024 because NO paychecks are registering.
