Don't apply Transactional Data Limits to Reports and other features (edited)

The new feature to load only limited transactions, to enhance performance, is nice, but any transactions you don't load won't be in charts, either.

For example, if you limit to 2024, and want to see the last six months of spending, it won't show them all because some of those transactions were from 2023.

In my opinion, charts should still represent everything within the timeframe of the chart.
