I am unable to connect to AMEX; the process never finishes… this was a snap with mint. If you can resolve great; if not, then I would like a refund.

Define never finishes - is there an error message or just a long delay?

well, it starts then…… It never finishes. As in it does not finish, it does not connect. There is no error, just a little spinning icon.

I see the request in the amex security tab in my account. no data has shown up in your app

It's not my app, i'm just a user of it. Sometimes bank connections take a long time to establish, I mean like several minutes. If they take too long, it will typically cut it short with a "to.100" error or something like that which is a time-out error.
