Allow Watchlists based on Flags
This is closely tied to the idea post from @Flopbot here, because there'd be little use for the idea in this post until the other is created.
It would be useful to me to allow a watchlist to be created on flag color. If flags were re-name-able, they would be incredibily useful dynamic tools for tracking details of transactions that change frequently. This, in turn, would make it very useful to be able to create watchlists based on those flags.

I see no harm in this, but it's not -yet- getting my vote because I don't really know what -I- would use flags for yet. I'm not saying it's not useful, only that I don't know what I personally would use it for.

@RobWilk Here's one example of what I use flags for.

So you flag all (*or most?) Transfer transactions (?).
I'll vote for it.

Create a watchlist tracked by Flags with the ability to select one or more Flags. Very similar to track by tags functionality but with flags.

I would like to use a Flag to create a watchlist.
@UrsulaA had suggested a workaround to EXCLUDE transactions using Flags here. It works in reports but not in watchlists.
There is a request to exclude tags from reports and spending plan here and from watchlists here. Not sure why they are separate as they both use tags to create the exclusion.
I like Watchlists as they create a 12 month average and you can set a target line. But I can't exclude tag or use flags in watchlists.
