Highlight on hover is inconsistent

I love this app! I think some selectable elements are missing a highlight on hover. Specifically, when I click into a category under my Planned Spending, the back button (to the left of the category name) doesn't highlight.

Related to this, on the web app, when I hover over the back button on planned spending categories, the mouse cursor does not switch to a 'select' cursor.

I'm unsure if this is the same thing you're talking about.
