FDP-102 error connecting to Elan Visa (edited)

I have been getting error Care Code: FDP-102 for several days. This is a Fidelity Visa card but connection to all my other fidelity accounts are OK. Help!

    Using Simplifi, am no longer able to connect to Elan fidelityrewards either. This behavior just started in the past week.

    The account URL in Simplifi points to an index page at Elan. I've made a "request" through the new account dialog in Simplifi for fidelityrewards, whatever that's worth.

    From the various discussion threads on this community, appears this has been an ongoing issue

    Thank you for posting to the community! We've noticed on our side that users have been reporting that they have been able to connect today. Are you guys able to connect/update your accounts now, or are you still experiencing this issue?
