Submit order button does nothing - account re-activate

As a previous user to Quicken Simplifi, I am trying to re-activate my account again. I login successfully, on this page: https://www.quicken.com/shoppingcart/customer-info and my credit card information is correct, but the "Submit Order" does not seem to do anything. I am using MS edge on my laptop. I tried using Chrome, but the same thing occurs.
