Erratic behavior scrolling list of recurring bills

Sometimes the down/up-arrow keys let me scroll up and down on my list of recurring bills, but sometimes they do nothing. Also, why is there no scroll bar on that list?

    Hello @dchernin,

    Thanks for reaching out! To my knowledge, the arrow keys can be used to scroll in a window as long as the window has been selected and is active. As for why there is no scroll bar, I would not be sure. Are you using the web application or the mobile application?
