How do I link a transaction to a manual liability?

Hi, since Ford Credit blocks Simplifi access, I setup my auto loan as a manual liability account. Every month, Ford Credit draws my payment from my bank account, which shows up in my bank account transactions on Simplifi. Is there any way to connect this payment transaction to the manual liability so that it deducts this amount from the liability account? Thanks!

To deduct principal paid from the loan, enter a balance adjustment on the loan account that equals the amount of the principal amount needed to reduce the loan value. Your bank transaction for the payment can stay categorized as car payment, or whatever category you assigned to it.
