Wells Fargo Shareowner Services FDP-155 (edited)

I am coming over from Mint and when trying to connect to to Wells Fargo Shareowner Services I am continually met with this message:

"We are unable to connect to Wells Fargo Shareowner Services at this time.
Care Code: FDP-155"

From what I have researched many people are having success with Wells Fargo and others have received this code for different accounts. I was hoping for some direction. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! When we receive an FDP-155 error this means that the Financial Institution is blocking aggregation. There is no ETA currently on a resolution for Wells Fargo Shareowner Services, but I would suggest that you try one of the other Wells Fargo instances in Quicken Simplifi to see if you can connect that way.

Thanks for the information. I have tried all Wells Fargo options available and have received the same code each time. This is the only account I cannot upload. Is there a way to work around the issue?

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, there is no workaround at this time. I would suggest that you contact your bank so that they can be made aware of the issue.
