2 Logins with Capital One

My husband and I each have an account/separate login with Capital One. Whenever I try to add the second account, it skips the page where you can enter login info and just shows the details of the already connected account. This was already asked here (below) but the answer did not work for me, even after trying various ways.

Thank you for reaching out. Your browser may be saving the login information from the first account. I suggest adding the second account in another browser or incognito mode. Let us know if that works!
