Cancel Account / Delete Data
Hello, I am throwing in the towel with this app/service. How do I have my account and associated data deleted? I have already removed all the 'accounts' from the setup.

That article discusses how to cancel your subscription and/or request a refund. I've already cancelled my subscription. I am looking to have my account deleted and associated data deleted. That is not the same as unsubscribing.

Quicken Simplifi currently offers Chat, Phone, and Community Support. Our Support hours are seven days a week from 5 am - 5 pm PST.
Although we don't offer a direct phone number for Phone Support, you can speak with a Support Agent by entering your phone number and selecting "Call Me" from the Help Center widget. If a Coach isn't available, or if it's outside of our business hours, you'll be asked to leave a voicemail and someone will call you back as soon as possible."

Thanks for reaching out to the community. Regarding your data deletion inquiry, do you need your Quicken Simplifi Dataset deleted, which is all of the data you input into the program, or do you need your entire Quicken Account deleted from our systems? Please let us know!
