Web App Accounts List: Don't shift the numbers left when the scrollbar is presented (edited)

On the desktop version, the left side accounts panel, if there is a lot of accounts there, moving the mouse over to the accounts panel will cause a scroll bar to appear. This scroll bar causes the numbers to shift left.
This is really annoying.
pre.dance shows no mouse over. dance1 shows mouse over.
pre.dance2 is a different screen, no mouse over. dance2 shows mouse over.
Please fix. Thanks!
