Credit Score not updating - web app

I got a message on the dashboard prompting me to update my credit score. I clicked on the refresh icon next to new score found.

I entered my social security number when prompted and clicked continue.

The score did not update and still shows last month's number and data.

I refreshed the dashboard, logged out, cleaned cookies, logged back in and no update. I also tried updating the credit score with an incognito mode session and had no luck.

I tried updating the credit score again and it worked!

@Coach Kristina , yes, my score appears to have updated as of March 25 with the next update showing as April 24.

Looks like the update takes 24 hours. I tried on Saturday and then again on Sunday and I got the update.

Took less than 24 hours for me. Earlier today, i click the update button and noticed it was doing a full refresh. A few hours later, I decided to check, and it was updated. It's unclear exactly how long it takes.

I could have had lag due to starting the request over the weekend. Or something may have been fixed. Glad you got the update @RobWilk
