Fidelity Cash Management Account FDP-101 error (edited)

I have 3 Fidelity accounts (2 Roth and 1 HSA) connected to my Simplifi account without issue, works great. I recently opened a Cash Management Account with Fidelity. When I use the "Fidelity Inv & Retirement" connector I see the new cash management account show up in the list of accounts I should be able to connect to, but when I select it and click to approve the connection, I get a Care Code: FDP-101. Any thoughts?
