First Tech Credit Union - last 4 of account number is shown as account balance.

I have a first tech credit union savings account and credit card that show in Simplifi as having a balance exactly the same as the last 4 digits of the account number. Anyone else having this issue? The transactions and everything else is normal, and my first tech checking account is not having this issue

    Thanks for posting to the community! This is definitely the first time I've heard of this issue before, and I am not sure how this would occur. If the account is connected in Quicken Simplifi, it should be getting the balance from your bank. To help clarify, is this issue occuring on a brand new account you just added, or with an existing account? And when did you notice this start to occur?
