Spending Plan & Watchlists still not counting any transactions

Just wanted to check if anyone else is experiencing the problem of the Spending Plan and/or Watchlists counting no transactions whatsoever. (I initially reported this issue in the thread below, which has apparently been closed to new comments.)

As noted in that thread, both my Spending Plan and my Watchlists fail to count any transactions in any category and always remain at zero and show no spending. I opened a customer service ticket months ago but have not gotten any resolution, I so I wanted to check again if anyone else might be having the same issue, or, even better, have had the same issue and figured out how to fix it?

    @ejs, thanks for reaching out!

    It doesn't look like we've had other users report the issue you're seeing, so it's specific to just your dataset. Since the issue was already escalated via Chat Support, they'll be back in touch as soon as an update becomes available. I did go ahead and check the ticket, however, and it's still open and being worked on.
