bank is not capable to connect

My bank does not support this. I can not connect to my bank.

I would like a refund.

    Thanks for reaching out! We can definitely see about processing a refund for you if you still want one, however, we can also see if the bank you mentioned is supported in Quicken Simplifi if you provide the bank name and URL. Let us know!
