TD Bank Account Connection Failing - Help

Had:

1. TD BANK Checking

2. TD Bank Credit Card

Credit Card was disabled because of theft and a new card is given to us. I sign into TD Bank website and it looks proper (One Checking, One new Credit Card)

Signin Simplifi

  1. Shows ! (exclamation point) next to credit card
  2. Click on it, follow all the prompts successfully (but no credit card shows)
  3. All Prompts good, Agree to terms, everything works properly and goes back to screen
  4. ! comes back about 15 seconds later

Is the issue on the Simplifi side or the TD Bank side? Obviously if the option for a checkbox for the Credit Card does not show, would I have to call TD Bank Credit Card to turn something on to allow it to be seen? I don't remember doing that for the original card 3 months ago.
