TD Bank Account Connection Failing - Help
Had:
1. TD BANK Checking
2. TD Bank Credit Card
Credit Card was disabled because of theft and a new card is given to us. I sign into TD Bank website and it looks proper (One Checking, One new Credit Card)
Signin Simplifi
- Shows ! (exclamation point) next to credit card
- Click on it, follow all the prompts successfully (but no credit card shows)
- All Prompts good, Agree to terms, everything works properly and goes back to screen
- ! comes back about 15 seconds later
Is the issue on the Simplifi side or the TD Bank side? Obviously if the option for a checkbox for the Credit Card does not show, would I have to call TD Bank Credit Card to turn something on to allow it to be seen? I don't remember doing that for the original card 3 months ago.

No, this does not work at all. It only does the exact same thing I told you above and tries to readd the same checking account.

Thanks for the response. Next, I would suggest that you try making the account manual, and then re-adding it. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know how that goes!
