Manual account balance is incorrect (edited)

Hello @Coach Jon
The sum of those transactions is equal to the balance followed by your suggestion, but the chart does not reflect the fact.
The last transaction is on Apr 16 and after that there is no any new transaction but the chart reflects the fact until Apr 18.

Hello @Morey Chang,
Thanks for the reply. To better help us understand, can you let us know what specifically you are expecting to see in the Savings Report graph? If your report is wrong due to the duration of the incorrect balance, what you can do is import the Account Balance History to fix it there. Here is our support article explaining how to do that!
Let us know if that works for you!

Hello @Coach Jon
Thanks for the reply.
- The duration of this saving report is from APR/10 to APR/18, the balance is 2,085,006.00
- There are 2 transactions, one is on Apr/10 and the other is on Apr/16
- There does not have any transaction on Apr/18 but the graph indicates the balance is from 1,067,603.00 of 2,085,006.00
The graph should indicate 2,085,006.00 on Apr/16, not on Apr/18, and this is why the case is raised. It has been 3 months from asking for support and I have uploaded my personal financial data to the support team for investigation but it seems you are not sure if you've fixed the problem but ask me to import my account balance history after 3 months of investigation.
Where is my another copy of account balance history and why should I do this and why did you ask me to upload my data months ago?

@Morey Chang, I'm going to hop in here to try to help out a bit.
To clarify, the issue that was escalated was for a manual account balance discrepancy. This issue was determined by your screenshot here, where you selected all of the transactions in the account and the "selected" balance didn't match the account balance (this is how we determine manual account balance discrepancies):
What you're seeing in the graph of the Savings Report is most likely due to the balance discrepancy, as the Savings Report derives its data from savings account balances. Now that the balance discrepancy is fixed based on your comment here, we can easily correct the history in the graph by doing an Account Balance History Import.
When performing the Account Balance History Import, you can download our template. You would plug in the date of 4/16/24 and the balance as of that date, and then do the same thing for any other incorrect dates/balances in the graph. Once imported, the data in the Report will be correct. Coach Jon tested this yesterday and saw that the import works for the Savings Report, so you should have no problems fixing this with an import. We don't need to escalate something like this since we have an import option.
Our support article here contains the CSV template, as well as all of the steps to follow for the Account Balance History Import:
I hope this helps to clear up the confusion, and gets you going in the right direction. Let us know how the import works for you!

Hello @Coach Natalie
I appreciate for the detailed explanation.
Before trying to import the account balance history, I change the duration of Savings report from 04/10-04/18 to 04/10-04/30 then I found something interesting and suddenly I guess I know what’s going on.
I might add transactions on 04/18 and 04/20 then I deleted them on 04/21, but the graph still keeps the data that I’ve deleted.
Thanks.

@Morey Chang, thanks for the reply!
To clarify, adding a back-dated transaction will not change the Savings Report for that date. The Savings Report derives its data from the account balance, which would not have been changed until the day you add the transaction, regardless of the date of the transaction. It's the same way for the Net Worth Report, which is why we have this existing request:
With that, you will again need to fix the Savings Report by doing an Account Balance History Import for the incorrect dates.
Let us know how it goes!
