Options for adding Fidelity accounts?

I am trying to connect to my Fidelity account. The only options I see are to connect to netbenefits.fidelity.com or nb.fidelity.com

My account does not work with netbenefits. I was surprised to not see an option for plain old fidelity.com or digitial.fidelity.com

Am I just missing something?

    @Pastel6165, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

    Since Fidelity has migrated to an OAuth API connection, you must use the "Fidelity Inv & Retirement" option to connect in Quicken Simplifi, regardless of the account type. For more details on the Fidelity OAuth API connection, please see our support article here.

    I hope this helps!

    Due to an old employer account within my account, my account cannot sign into netbenefits. So the nb.fidelity.com configuration does not work for me. It seems digital.fidelity.com is the better more broadly applicable URL, but does not seem to be an option on Simplifi.

    @Pastel6165, please provide more details:

    • Is the account an external account?
    • Can you access the account when signing in on Fidelity's website?
    • Have you tried the "Fidelity Inv & Retirement" option in Quicken Simplifi? If so, what exactly occurs?

    Please let us know so we can best assist!

    I tried it like 5 times yesterday and it would just loop me back to the beginning of the setup.
    I tried it today and it worked. Not sure why.
