Adding custom rules for categorizing transactions

The current feature of Auto Categorizing transactions works only on the basis of the account and the description of the transaction. So, let's say I have 2 different recurring transactions from the same institution, one for $50 for my home insurance premium and the other for $200 for car insurance, its currently not possible to auto categorize these transactions. If I choose the $50 transaction, it changes the category of the $200 one as well. In sum, there must be a feature to assign categories based on not just the payee and the description but also on other parameters such as amount, type, date, etc.
