Fails to connect to cfnc.org - North Carolina 529 accounts

I'm another user trying to onboard my NC 529 account via cfnc.org. I receive this error when trying to connect from the web app:

We are unable to connect to College Foundation of NC at this time.
Care Code: FDP-155

While previous posts suggest they don't allow a connection, I have to wonder it may be because of the link itself. It tries to access via https://www.cfnc.org/index.jsp but that is a dead page?

I wonder if updating the link will help solve the issue, perhaps:

https://www9.cfnc.org/nc529/secure/owner/acctList.jsp

    Hello @capitalheel,

    Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, College Foundation of NC is one of the financial institutions that block aggregation to Quicken Simplifi and wouldn't be able to be connected to at this time.
