Persistent MFA with Slavic401k (edited)
Every single time I open Simplifi, I get a text from Slavic401k and Simplifi asks me to enter it. I have played around with other tools like Simplifi and never had this issue with Slavic, which tells me the issue is with this app.
I like Simplifi, but knowing that one of my connections doesn't work makes me want to delete it.
Can this be please be fixed?

Hello @Scooter123,
Thanks for reaching out! Some banks have increased their security measures to protect your financial information and require verification with each connection attempt. Due to this change, you might be asked to complete a multifactor authentication (MFA) with each account refresh in Quicken Simplifi.
While we understand how frustrating this may be, this process is in place to protect you and your account information. We don't have a way to prevent these requests. Some financial institutions offer the option to disable the additional security measures, such as turning off multifactor authentication (MFA,) but you'll need to contact your bank directly to confirm if possible.
Thanks,
Coach Jon

Hi @Coach Jon,
Thank you for your response. Any idea why this would only be happening on Simplifi, but not other tools like Monarch? That makes me think there is something wrong with the connection with Simplifi.
Thanks again0 -
Hello @Scooter123,
Thanks for the reply. I can't speak for other 3rd party tools/services, but the MFA interaction is controlled by the Financial Institution.
Thanks,
Coach Jon
