Chase connection

My Chase connection used to work, then it didn't, and then I reset. Now it shows disconnected and when I try to reconnect the circle spins without a resolution. Is that related to the official post about Chase 101 error? (Even though it doesn't tell me it's a 101 error.)

    So, now it works again. But on my checking account I can't see any transactions earlier than 3 months ago.

    Were they there before? If not, that may be how far back chase allows downloads.
