East Texas professional credit union 102 error

since I switched from mint my East Texas professional credit union has received a 102 error. The bank shows up in the search. URL ETPCU.com. Very frustrating as worked in mint and bank cannot find the problem on their end. Need help getting it to work.

    Thanks for reaching out! A 102 error indicates we're being throttled by the particular bank--meaning they're limiting the number of successful connection attempts. Typically, users are still able to access their bank's website directly. Most of the time, this error resolves itself after 24-48 hours. Can you let us know whether you are adding an account for the first time into Quicken Simplifi, or trying to update an existing account already in Quicken Simplifi?
