Sorting order for Subscription not by date!

Hi

The sort order for Subscriptions seems random. Income and Bills are sorted by date but the Subscriptions are not…Am I missing something?

I'm using a Mac on Chrome, all latest updates.

    Hello @Max1223,

    Thanks for reaching out! I was unable to recreate this bug on our side. I would suggest that you try logging out of the Quicken Simplifi web application and logging back in. Additionally, you may try in a different browser/incognito mode to see if that works as well. Additionally, is the issue only present in current months? Or do you see it in past and future months?

    I'm seeing the same issue on both the web and mobile apps. I logged out, closed app, opened app, logged in… this is what I get.

    I see it past and future months. Looks like other users are able to replicate this issue.

    Hello @Max1223,

    Thanks for the response. We will need to gather some data in order to get this bug reported.

    • We need the OS and Browser you use when accessing Quicken Simplifi.
    • The Version and Build for Quicken Simplifi, which can be found by scrolling down from the Dashboard page
    • We also need logs sent to us, which can be sent by following the directions below:
    1. Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
    2. Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
    3. With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
    4. Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

    @RobWilk and @DannyB, If you would like to submit information as well, that would be great. The more examples, the better!

  • I’m having the same issue on the Android and Apple mobile apps! (App version 4.9.0 on iPad and 5.4.1 on Google Pixel)

    Has anyone else noticed that the Subscriptions tab in the Spending Plan isn't in chronological order anymore? I'm not sure what order it's in (not alphabetical) or when it happened, but I started noticing it this month, and when I click back to previous months they're in a slightly different order for each. (Not sure if the same thing is happening with Bills- I use them slightly unusually so all my Bills come out on the first of the month)
