Can Simplifi automatically sync new accounts under existing connections?

I have existing connections at several banks such as American Express, US Bank, Keypoint credit Union etc. I have opened new credit cards and CDs under each of these banks over the past few months.

But today, I just realized that none of those new accounts show up under these existing connections. Which means I am missing a large chunk of spending and balances. Is there any way to make Simplifi automatically sync any new accounts I open with existing banks?

This seems like a very basic feature, and I want to believe that I am doing something wrong. If Simplifi does not support this, it means I need to reset all my bank connections everytime I login to get an accurate list of transactions and balances. Which just seems wrong.

    Hello @Piyush Aggarwal,

If I'm understanding your question correctly, then the answer is no. Quicken Simplifi does not automatically search for new accounts and add them. I can see you already created an Idea post requesting this functionality be added:

The checkbox that @Wedo778 is referring to comes up on some financial institution websites when you are going through the process to authorize sharing your information with Quicken Simplifi. From what I have observed, selecting that checkbox does not cause newly created accounts to automatically appear in Quicken Simplifi; they do not show up until you go through the process to add them.

    I hope this helps!

I think it depends on the bank and what that bank allows. When I added my accounts I remember seeing a tickbox to allow this for some and not others. I do not have a list of what banks allow it.
