Chase and CITI Transactions are not downloading (edited)

Over the last couple of days (weeks?), I noticed that my transactions from Chase and CITI are not downloading. I reset each account, and they began to work again. I noticed today it started again. Is anyone experiencing this issue?

Chase does not download transactions :

    (1) on weekends and holidays

    (2) early mornings (before 7am ET?) or late evenings (maybe after 8pm ET?)

This is something I tried contacting chase to fix, it's up to them to allow this.

Unsure about Citi, I have 2 citi accounts (credit cards) but hadn't noticed.

    Edit: Added time zones

NOTE: I commented this reply specifically because this post i'm replying to was 'early' on a 'monday' morning.

@Ruben, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I'd suggest establishing a completely fresh connection with both banks and then keeping an eye on things from there. Since Chase and Citi are both OAuth API banks, I'd also suggest revoking Quicken's access so you can get a new token in case the old one is expired. These steps will hopefully get things working properly for you again:

    1. Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
    2. Navigate to the bank's website, sign in, and then remove Quicken's access from the bank's third-party linked apps.
    3. In Quicken Simplifi, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
    4. Carefully link the accounts found to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts by following the steps here.

Let us know how it goes!
