I keep getting a "Care Code: to.100" error when I connect to PedFed.org

THis has been happening over and over again for the past 30 minutes.

    As of the last connection (in the last 4-6 hours) PenFed worked for me. A to.100 error indicates a time-out, meaning a request was sent to the server, and the server did not reply in time. At this point, I'd say it might be a temporary outage, but i'll keep an eye on my own penfed accounts too at the next refresh.

    Thanks for reaching out! @RobWilk is correct when it comes to this error. To help clarify your situation, are you trying to add a new account to Quicken Simplifi, or are you updating an existing account already in Quicken Simplifi?
