US Bank IRA not showing up in account list

I just moved my IRA to US Bank. Although the IRA shows up when I log into US Bank, it will NOT show up in the account list when I go to Settings / Account and Add new Account from US Bank. Only my checking, savings, and credit card accounts show up. Right now, Simplify Chat Help has no solutions, so I am posting to see if anyone else has had this issue.

    Hello @pblackston,

    Thanks for reaching out! Sometimes, I have noticed that when you take ownership of an account, it may not have the right permission to be shared immediately with a 3rd party service. Have you checked with your bank to verify if this is the case?
