Loading issue?

Just signed up with Simplifi, but after setting up my account, nothing loads. I can sign in to Simplifi, but that's it….literally just a blank page that says, "Loading" for like an hour. I can't get started doing anything. I've tried three different browsers, and the Simplifi website says the same thing.

Also tried closing browsers, logging out, and logging back in. Didn't work…

My operating system is Mac OS 10.13 so it's old, but the browsers are relatively current, and I don't have browser issues with other sites. Pop ups are not blocked.

Any ideas? If other people can use it with no issues, it must be on my end, but I can't figure out why this is happening. Thanks.

    Do you have a vpn maybe? Those aren't supported (*but may work anyway). Antivirus web helpers that may interfere? Ad blockers? Are you signing in at app.simplifimoney.com? Just ideas.

    same issue, tried multiple browsers. Blank page after phone verification - 20x over

    I found that if I tried logging in from the Quicken website, the link didn't work (at least for me). That method offers to let you log in to Simplifii from there, but then it just hangs perpetually. And that was my issue. Several different browsers, and both MacOS and Windows 10. But when I manually typed the address app.simplifimoney.com in a new browser page, it allowed me to log in, and it's been fine ever since. So, I'm guessing there's a link issue on the Quicken website, but that's just a guess.

    So I just saved app.simplifimoney.com as a Favorite, and go straight there, and it's fine.
