I have not been able to add my Chase or Discover credit card accounts. I get past the registration process and am able to insert my username and password but Simplifi is hanging when trying to connect to the sites. I was able to connect my checking account and various investment accounts but not sure why I can't add these credit cards?

Thanks for reaching out! I apologize for your recent trouble with getting these credit card accounts added. Are you experiencing a specific error when connecting, or does it just continually spin? Have you tried using a different browser/incognito mode?
