Daily FDP-108 error with Toyota Financial Savings Bank (edited)

Toyota Financial Savings Bank connection breaks daily. Says that I need to do something on their site, but when I go there, there is no additional steps requested.


I believe they recently updated their login system so I wonder if your connection with them no longer works or doesn’t work as intended.

    Thanks for reaching out! I apologize for the trouble you have been having. This error usually appears when the financial institution's website requires an action by the user. I would suggest trying in a different browser/incognito mode to see if a pop-up or action appears there.

    @Coach Jon I did as you suggested. I only got a verification code step (which is standard). Later today I got the error again in Simplifi.

    Thanks for the response. Are you normally prompted for a security code on the bank's website? If you are, are you prompted when you try to connect in Quicken Simplifi?

    @Coach Jon I am normally prompted by web for TF. I believe I was promoted once when i first set up on Simplifi but have not been prompted during any failure or retry.

    Hello @Dave L,

    Thanks for the reply. I would try with a fresh new connection. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know how that goes!
