Paypal Account (checking) transactions stopped downloading
I connect to Paypal through the Paypal Credit, Mastercard, and Crypto connection, and this downloads transactions for 2 accounts: Paypal Account (checking), and Paypal Mastercard.
Both accounts appear to connect successfully, and no error messages appear. After May 4, 2024, no new transactions have downloaded for the "Paypal Account", although the Mastercard has been loading recent transactions with no problems. About 10 transactions are missing in the time since.
I contacted support and at their direction I changed the account to Manual, then signed in again with Paypal credentials. I sent logs and screenshots, support escalated the ticket.
I use Simplifi web and Android, mainly on web.

Thanks for your reply. I posted this to create a separate discussion as Coach Natalie suggested in another thread, but Simplifi support was able to suggest a solution. For @Candice318 and any others experiencing the issue, the fix was to make the "Paypal Account" checking account Manual on the accounts page, and then reconnect it by signing in through the regular "Paypal" connection rather than the "Paypal Credit, Mastercard, and Crypto" institution.

I'm having the same issue with my PayPal credit account. It's connected but not showing any transactions. This has been going for more than a month now.
Thanks,

I would try this solution and get back to us if this does not work for further troubleshooting.

Hi @Coach Jon,
I did tried that solution but it didn't make any difference. Also, in my case I do not have any transactions in the Checking account, only in my PayPal Credit account.
Thanks,

Hello @Ant-Money,
Thanks for the reply. What instance are you currently using for this Paypal account in Quicken Simplifi?

I'm using the PayPal Credit, MasterCard and Crypto instance.

Hello @Ant-Money,
Thanks for the quick reply. Please try the regular PayPal instance and let us know if that works for you. You will want to make the account manual first like the steps given prior, before reconnecting with the Paypal instance.
Thanks,
Coach Jon

Using the PayPal instance only brings the checking account, which I don't need. My issue is with the Credit account.
