Refund
I just canceled within the 30 day period. Can you please refund me, it’s far more than I need or understand. Thanks!

Hello @NatalieA,
Thanks for reaching out! It looks like your subscription is still active, but the auto-renew has been turned off. You are still in the refund period, so if you would like I can definitely help you get refunded. I will just want to confirm that you are wanting to begin the refund process, as this will cancel your subscription right away.
Thanks,
Coach Jon

I just opened an account and used the simplify. I should have opened Quicken Classic Business & Personal. How can I change this?

Hello @Lois Marie,
If you accidentally subscribed to the incorrect product, then to correct the issue, you would want to cancel (and refund, provided you're in the 30 day refund period) your Quicken Simplifi subscription and subscribe to Quicken Business & Personal instead. Depending on whether you subscribed to Quicken Simplifi directly through us or through your device's app store, the cancel/refund process may vary. Please review this article for more information: .
If you require assistance subscribing to Quicken Business & Personal, I recommend that you contact Quicken Classic Support directly:
.I hope this helps!
