New credit card not showing up

I tried adding a new Chase Bank credit card but it's not showing up in my Chase Bank accounts. See these two screenshots

  1. CHASE ACCOUNTS THAT I AM "ALREADY SHARING"
  2. CHASE ACCOUNTS FROM THE ACCOUNT SCREEN. The new card ends in "59" but it does not show up in my Chase accounts.

    Hello @DavidB,

    Thanks for reaching out! I would suggest trying with a fresh new connection! You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts and see if that new credit card account comes over then. Let us know how that goes!

    That did not work but I tried resetting the account and that eventually worked.

    We can close this. If I have more problems I'll open a new ticket
