Missing transactions and slow search

I am missing two weeks worth of transactions and I don't want to have to manually enter them. Why did this happen and how do I resolve?

Also, when searching for transactions, there is an incredible delay between my key strokes and the value being entered and then a lag when I initiate the search. Why is this and how do I resolve?

@Coach Natalie or @Coach Jon will have more insight but for what it's worth you can try this for the missing transactions.

First, are the missing transactions from one account or multiple accounts?

In either case, performing a connection refresh with the affected account may be all you need to do to.

Settings > Accounts > [Affected Bank] > 3 dot menu > Reset Connection

And you can try this for the second issue.

First, how much historical data are you working with?

The deeper your historical data the more lag time you will experience. To adjust the amount of historical data you are sifting through in the lefthand Accounts list select "Banking" and then in the transaction window right under "Transaction Activity in the title bar you will see "Showing transactions since [year]. Hover your curser over that line and a "gear" icon will appear. Click on that gear icon and a window will open that you can change the year. I have that year set to 2023. If I need to do some work with older data, I can easily change that setting from any account transaction window.

Don't know if either of these steps will help with your issues, but it's where I would start.
