Citi account lost connection - reset connection fail
I noticed that my Citi bank credit card account (my only account at Citi) stopped updating. π―
I refreshed a few times with no success. π
Next step: I went to Settings > Accounts and scrolled to my Citi account, clicked on the ellipsis and selected "Reset connection" worked through the several pop-ups and ended up with this:

Next step: Went to banks website, logged in found the connected apps page and deleted the Intuit connection and the Quicken connection. Went back to QS and made the cc account manual and deleted the bank. Then used the Add account process. After working through the several pop-ups ended with this:

Next step: logged into this forum to post about my Citi connection woes and then remembered one more step⦠try using incognito or in-private browser.
SUCCESS! I am now reconnected to my Citibank cc account with a fresh connection and all data is up to date!
