For the past couple of weeks now there has been this error Care Code: FDP-530..

The connection used to work fine. I tried to reset it, but now its in a disconnected state.

Who do we contact to investigate on either side?

So that we can further investigate this issue, please provide more information. When did you first notice this issue? What is the name of the financial institution, as it appears in Quicken Simplifi?

Please also send us logs. To do that, please follow these steps:

1. Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
2. Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
3. With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
4. Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.
