    Hello @zeeshan,

To assist with this issue, I checked on our end. There is one connection option that might work. If you haven't already done so, I recommend trying connecting to American Funds Retirement Center.

If that connection does not work, please let me know what happens when you attempt to connect, and what error code/message you see, if any.

I look forward to your response!

I get the following error but I can login on the website directly just fine. Also just FYI on the main website when I click login it redirects to https://retirement.financialtrans.com/cg/login

And it also has a TFA login.

    Thank you for your reply,

Based on the information you provided, it sounds like American Funds Retirement Center is the correct connection option. The FDP-103 error is a known issue. While we do not have an ETA, you can bookmark this Community Alert to get updates, when available, and know when the issue is resolved:

    Thank you!

  • Can you give us a specific update on this issue with american funds? Is it an issue over at american funds? Or is it an internal issue at Simplifi? Has the issue just not risen high enough on the list? I don't feel like were getting anywhere near complete and accurate information, and simply being told to wait is a non-starter. If you don't have the information, please get us the more in depth info. We users of american funds may be able to help on our end too and let them know connectivity is suffering due to something on their end.

[removed - speculation]. An update with REAL information would help.... Not "we continue to investigate this known ssue" for a paid service like this, the fact that this still remains open almost 4 months later is a joke

Please, can you answer the question, is the issue on the Simplifi side? or is it on the American funds side? Do you need american funds customers to reach out to american funds from our end?

@Mr.Tee1985, we here in the Community don't have any further information to provide than what's listed in the Alert. As you can see from the Alert, this is an issue that we're already aware of, and the ticket number at the bottom references the ticket that's been filed from our end. As soon as we learn any news or have an update to share, it will be posted in the Alert.

You are welcome to contact the bank directly to help make them aware of the issue from their end, but this is not a directive from our engineering team for this particular issue, so I'm not sure if it will help or not. I'd say it definitely wouldn't hurt!

We appreciate everyone's continued patience regarding this matter!

  • Can we get an update directly from engineering on this issue? There has been no movement at all it seems this year. Are they even working to resolve this with American Funds?
