Bank of America (BofA) error + can not reconnect

Since yesterday, my Bank of America accounts were unable to sync. When I went to reset the connection, I get an error on the last step. Is the team working on fixing this?

Update, the connection was able to be re-established.

I have the same problem and am afraid I’m screwing it up even more. How did you get the connection back

@Chilkatsally, I'd recommend establishing a completely fresh connection with the bank and linking to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts:
- Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
