PenFed Line of Credit Account Unavailable on Simplifi

How do I gain access to my HELOC account with PenFed? Is this an issue with the bank or Simplifi? Whom do I contact to request access?

    Thanks for reaching out! Are you receiving an error when trying to connect your accounts with PenFed in Quicken Simplifi? Or are the accounts just not coming over when connecting?

    i dont receive an error. I just dont ser the line of credit as an account option.

    Thanks for the reply! We do have multiple instances for PenFed within Quicken Simplifi. Have you tried the others to see if they work for you?
