I found a UBS Connection Resolution
Simplifi has a note on the Support page (not the community) that gives the instructions to fix the UBS connections issue.
The takeaway is you need to connect to your UBS account directly and go to "Settings… Services and Features" and explicitly enable Quicken (listed under Intuit).
Only AFTER that can you go into Simplifi and Select the "UBS Online Services" connection and connect.
I wish the currently closed Community comment on this issue at least posted this resolution first as it took a lot more digging (and luck) to think to go to the separte Support site to find the resolution. (and FYI, the support site instructions are already a bit outdated so I had to use my noodle to properly navigate the UBS site to get a connection).
