Cannot connect to Chase Bank
This started over a week ago. Chase stopped being synced although my other accounts continued syncing as usual. I have tried reconnecting my Chase accounts many times the past week using two different computers, but with no success. Today, I deleted my Chase account entirely to try setting it up from scratch, but that did not work. When I try to reconnect to Chase, or set it up again, I get an empty box, as shown in the image I uploaded. What should I do?

not a simplify employee, but I use Chase on Quicken Simplifi and haven't noticed issues. By chance, are you using a VPN? That may not be supported. Also, try incognito mode, that's a trial of clearing cache/cookies, and if it works, in normal mode you may need to clear them.

my chase account has also not synced the past few days despite me trying things like manual refresh etc

When Chase stopped syncing, did you get any error messages/codes, or did it just stop pulling in new transactions? In the screenshot you provided, I can see you're using Brave browser. Brave has a reputation for being problematic when going through the outside authorization (OAuth) process with Chase. If possible, please try setting a different browser as your default browser and then try reconnecting with Chase.

Chase only syncs balances, not transactions, on weekends/holidays. Yes, this can be problematic

First, the idea of using a different browser worked. I had previously tried using Edge, which did not work, but this time I tried Firefox which did work. So thank you.
I never recieved an error message, only the blank pop-up box. Also, using the private window in Brave did not work, although at first it seemed it was because it sent me a number to validate, but after I did that I got the blank pop-up. I was using a VPN, but closing that out did not help while using Brave.

it could be different browsers but more likely it works because you tried on a weekday. Chase does not update on weekends, holidays, and late nights or early mornings.
